Information Technology Service Delivery Manager

Chroma Recruitment are working with a fast-growing telecoms business based in Manchester who are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with a technical background that can build and maintain strong relationships with their customers ensuring service excellence.
The Company:
This is one of the fastest growing and leading Telecoms businesses in the UK, they have produced consistent levels of growth over the last 5 years (including through the Pandemic) and are multi award winning within their sector. They have a number of high-profile and critical organisation with work with across the country in both the Not-for-profit and Commercial Sectors of the economy.
Over the next 5 years they are looking to continue on this growth trajectory and will be investing heavily in the business, their proposition and the people who work for them.
Key Skills/Experience:
- ITIL certified
- Service Delivery experience within a Telecoms or Managed Service environment is desired
- Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers and acting as the primary point of contact for escalations.
- Delivering ITIL operating processes and procedures
- Organising cross-functional teams to address and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently
- Driving continuous service improvement within assigned accounts
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management and Change Management experience
- Ability to produce technical analytical reports, trend analysis and progress measurement.
- Conducting regular service reviews
- Working with the Service desk to improve service delivery processes and SLA’s
- 3rd party supplier and contract management experience
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities
