Service Delivery Manager - £440 per day via Umbrella - 3 months - London (Hybrid) - SCC Flex Contract


We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager who will act as a key resource in the rollout of Windows 11, ServiceNow, and Intune while ensuring the smooth operation of BAU activities.


Your responsibilities as the Service Delivery Manager :

  • Windows 11 Rollout: Provide technical inputs and recommendations to optimize the Windows 11 deployment, focusing on user experience, readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • ServiceNow Implementation: Offer insights into the integration of ServiceNow with EUC (End User Computing) processes to improve incident management and enhance self-service capabilities for end-users.
  • Intune Implementation: Deliver guidance on device management, compliance policies, and user protection to facilitate the seamless deployment of Intune.
  • BAU Support and Improvement: Actively support the BAU team in analysing ongoing service issues, identifying automation opportunities, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.


As a successful Service Delivery Manager, you will have:

  • Proven experience as a Service Delivery Lead in large-scale IT projects, particularly in Windows, ServiceNow, and Intune implementations.
  • Strong understanding of EUC service delivery processes and incident/problem management.
  • Expertise in process automation and continuous service improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse recurring issues and propose strategic, actionable solutions.
