Scope:


Our client are a global technology company who operate in over 100 countries. They continue to dominate the market, and as a result, are seeking a motivated individual to join their team in London. As a high calibre Territory Sales Manager, you will be rewarded with a great sales incentive bonus plan and many other benefits.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieving account-level sales and penetration objectives.
  • Driving utilization of the product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objectives.
  • Developing and managing favorable relationships with key decision makers (procurement leads, EBME leads, physicians, wound care nurses, nursing staff and others).
  • Improving surgical site infection knowledge and providing clinical training and education to customers.
  • Supporting clinical trials and product testing.
  • Participating in customer events (congress, workshops, etc...), when required.
  • Developing a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration and usage.


About You:


  • Sales experience within the medical (or life science) industry preferred but not essential
  • Proven sales experience is essential
  • Life science or Business Degree or equivalent preferred but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated
  • Caring personality and motivated to improving the health and well-being of others
  • Very good relationship building skills
  • Team player with strong inter-personal skills
  • Highly effective influencing skills
  • Excellent presentation and education skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to deal effectively in all business relationships while projecting a positive image of the company
