The Alliances Manager builds and drives relationships with OSF’s partners to drive revenue and customer success.

This role closely collaborates with Sales & Marketing teams to develop strong, lucrative, and positive relationships & revenues with OSF partners. A significant portion of this role is dedicated to managing and expanding our partnership with Salesforce.


The Alliances Manager reports to Managing Director of the UKI business unit.


It’s a critical role which synchronizes with OSF sales and marketing management to ensure proper alignment of OSF sales strategy.


Responsibilities include:

Manage and expand existing partner relationships as well as seeking out new ones in line with Marketing and Sales strategy;

Develop and coordinate joint marketing plans with Salesforce and ensure their successful execution;

Coordinate the update of sales target account lists (Big bet targets, New logos Targets, Top customers renewal, etc.), Joint targeted account lists, etc. between OSF Sales team and our partners;

  • Maintain and expand a network of contacts within the partners teams;
  • Work with marketing field team on initiatives, when partners need to be involved;
  • Make formal and informal presentations to all levels of management when needed;
  • Foster a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement;
  • Identify opportunities through partners and bring them into the sales pipeline;
  • Work partner driven opportunities, in collaboration with account executives and sales representatives until close;
  • Continually monitor market conditions, partner relationships, conduct research and review industry news, trends and data to provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders;
  • Meet assigned targets for KPIs.




Requirements

Qualifications / Experience:

  • A successful candidate will be a motivated people person with deep experience with strategic alliances, with a focus on driving revenue with Salesforce and cultivating customer relationships
  • Sound business acumen skills; thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to quickly ascertain and build relationships with key decision makers internally and externally
  • Experienced, curious, resilient leader who understands how to leverage key partnerships to achieve short-term goals and drive the long-term, strategic vision
  • Creative and influential partner who understands and leverages data to develop clarity out of chaos, persuade and drive growth
  • Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, management and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work both independently and coordinate with multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue through marketing, partnerships and customer relationships
  • Willing and able to travel up to 30% of the time


Desired Skills / Experience:

  • Broad-based business, ecommerce and commerce technology expertise with 5+ years of multi-channel, partner marketing experience and a proven track record of driving and delivering results
  • Salesforce or relevant industry experience a plus
  • Experience working with channel sales organizations in multiple cities/verticals
  • Customer advocacy and proven relationship-building experience
  • Experience working with partners and sales teams to drive strategic initiatives and initiate relationships that will increase revenue growth
  • Motivated, curious and independent contributor


Basic Qualifications:


  • At least 5 years of experience
