Main duties of the job
What we are looking for:
Compassionate care giver: you are dedicated to providing top-notch service to every patient. From initially liaising with patients via phone/in person, supporting patients onward care (ie via a referral to other services), helping support ongoing care ensuring records are maintained/coded and up to date or helping to facilitate administration requests such as repeat medication, registration etc Team enthusiast: you thrive in a team setting and contribute positively to our close-knit crew. Ideally some experience in a healthcare setting perhaps as a Healthcare Assistant or administrator? Stellar communication and interpersonal skills Team player with a dash of independenceThe Benefits:

Job responsibilities
To act as the link betweenclinicians and clinical correspondence in the Practice; Scanning, Coding andMatching externally received documentation at point of source using SystmOne
To act as the front-line interface between patientsand the Practice for the issue of prescriptions, adopting a professional andcordial manner at all times
To provide and maintain a highstandard of patient communication via telephone, letter and SMS, deliveredwith a customer focus to the practice population, adopting a professional andcordial manner at all times
To work alongside clinical andadministrative colleagues to facilitate the provision of preventative healthcare to the practice population.
To liaise with patients and carefacilitate enquiries so as to deliver healthcare outcomes in line with Practiceobjectives and contractual responsibilities
