An exciting development opportunity has arisen for 2 healthcare professionals to join our Clinical Education Team as a Practice Education Facilitator.

hours per week - Based at Colchester - AHP Registration Required

hours per week - Based at Ipswich/Colchester - NMC Registration Required

You will join our existing team of multi-professional educators to work across the organization providing support and education to both learners and educators. You will receive support and development opportunities within practice learning to support your career development.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an experienced Nurse, Midwife or AHP who:

Has a passion for education and developing others Has good organisational and clinical skills, and is keen to support clinical excellence by developing "best practice" Is progressive, innovative and can help to drive change Is keen to undertake audit and research Has excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicates well with all staff members Has a commitment to collaborative working and actively supporting and liaising with other healthcare professionals in the organisation and partner education providers As a team we are committed to professional development and will provide: CPD opportunities both formally and as part of our internal development programme Opportunities for leadership development Opportunities to develop teaching and assessment skills Opportunities to be involved with research and conference presentation Ongoing support and development within the role
