The successful candidate will have a proven track record in businesss development in the recruitment industry- temps or perms

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships, negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Please note you will need a recruitment sales background to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients within the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
  • Develop relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Liaise with the Area Manager, Branches and colleagues in order to create contract-winning proposals and products for prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients
  • Become a subject matter expert on their business services, processes and operations and remain up-to-date on industry news

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated achievement in recruitment sales with a high street recruitment agency- temps or perms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced understanding of either the industrial, Manufacturing, Blue Collar, Commercial, Logistics, Construction or your specialist sector where you have had success within the recruitment market, a subject matter expert
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
