Role Summary
The PerformanceBased Marketing Managerwill be responsible for spearheading marketing strategies thatdrive customer acquisition engagement and retention. By leveragingdatadriven approaches and a deep understanding of the EdTech sectorthe manager will create highimpact campaigns that resonate withstudents parents and educators alike. This role offers a chance tobe at the forefront of shaping marketing efforts for a leadingplatform in 11 exam preparation and mastery programs ensuring theclient remains competitive and relevant in a fastpaced market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implementcomprehensive performancedriven marketing strategies to enhancecustomer acquisition andengagement.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identifytarget audiences competitor strategies and emerging trends in theEdTech domain.
  • Oversee multichannel campaigns encompassingdigital advertising social media SEO/SEM and email marketing togenerate leads and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimisetactics based on analytic insights to ensure exceptionalROI.
  • Collaborate with content teams to developcompelling marketing materials and maintain brand consistencyacross platforms.
  • Regularly report on campaign metrics tostakeholders highlighting areas of success and opportunities forimprovement.
  • Champion innovative marketing techniques andstay abreast of new trends to drive continued growth in acompetitive landscape.

Essential
  • Proven experience in performancebasedmarketing management ideally within the EdTech industry or relatedsectors.
  • Demonstrated success in devising andexecuting datadriven marketing strategies with a focus on customeracquisition.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpretingmarketing data and refining campaignperformance.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channelsincluding social media SEO/SEM email campaigns and contentmarketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills to conveycampaign results effectively to variousstakeholders.
