SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Solihull who are looking for a Head of Marketing on a temporary ongoing (possibly to permanent) basis.

Responsibilities will include:

- Continue to develop brand within core markets
- Working closely with the UX Lead to develop marketing collateral to support and drive adoption of the product led vision
- Working closely with the key US and UK sales stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans to support the product led vision
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding team performance
- Work closely with our sales team and CSM team to understand our target audiences and develop campaign ideas that engage and entice our prospects and customers
- Engage with sales team and trainers for a deep product understanding
- Meet with customers to evaluate existing marketing engagement
- Actively create content and collateral to support the sales team at every stage of the buyer journey - including, but not limited to, thought leadership content, webinars, blog, eBooks, case studies, product sheets, videos and documents etc
- Manage and continually develop website to meet the evolving needs of the company
- Full ownership of the trade show calendar and co-ordinate pre-and post-show marketing support
- Engage with US and UK partner network to provide meaningful insights and collateral
- Plan and deliver a comprehensive social media strategy across all relevant channels
- Manage selection process and manage ongoing relationships with external agencies to support the delivery of marketing objectives
- Act as a point of contact between all departments (sales, CSM, training, finance and development) and marketing team.
- Responsible for the performance and development of the marketing team members in the UK and US offices
- Prepare project plans for individuals and the team for effective delivery of work.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews with all team members to build more effective communications, identify and plan training and development needs, and provide insights for the improvement of team performance.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £30.00-£34.61 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
