They will conduct administrative and financial audits for each Care Home, with follow-up audits as necessary, conduct reviews of each Care Home’s reconciliations whilst providing support to Home Managers and Administrators with any variances and provide analysis of financial issues and carry out financial investigations when necessary. 

The Financial Risk Analyst will assist Home Managers with the recruitment and induction of Home Administrators and provide systems training for new Home Managers and Home Administrators.  This is a regional role with regular travel to Care Homes across the North West of England, Closing Date:  5pm, Friday 19th July 2024

Ideally holding an IT or Administrative qualification, you will have relevant office management experience and be proficient in Microsoft office applications.

You will have excellent communication skills, have a high level of attention to detail and standard or work, and have excellent time management skills.

All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas.
