Passenger Assistant

Norse Transport Division has been operating across Norfolk and Suffolk for over 40 years, providing a prompt and reliable service for users and we currently have an opportunity for a Passenger Assistant to join the team working from our Head Office at Fifers Lane in Norwich.
In this role, you will work alongside the driver to transport members of the public, supporting the wellbeing of the passengers during the journey. They may be a requirement to assist with loading and un-loading of passengers, and you will work with colleagues at all sites to ensure the safe transport of individuals.
This is a part-time, permanent position working 30 hours per week, doing AM & PM runs, Monday to Friday.
Our Successful Candidate;
We are happy to offer full support and training within the role, although if you have previous experience this would be beneficial.
It is important that you can demonstrate;
Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Comfortable working in a deadline driven environment Capable of delivering an excellent customer serviceOur Offer:

All salaries for part-time positions are worked out pro-rata of the full-time equivalent salary shown in the advert, calculated on your contracted hours per week.
