Responsibilities:
  • Full understanding of NetApp Partner Sphere programme and how to maximise from a TD SYNNEX and partner perspective.
  • Supporting Business Development Manager (BDM) in recruitment and onboarding of new partners (target to be agreed).
  • Present and map sales plays to partner GTM.
  • Working with the BDM, support development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth.
  • Alongside BDM, build an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company’s CRM system.
  • Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
  • Support execution of TD SYNNEX business plans as required by the BDM.
  • In conjunction with BDM, work with partners to create and execute on Partner business plans.
  • Support execution of marketing plans as required by the Marketing Manager/BDM.
  • Proactively identify training opportunities within customers.
  • Quoting for agreed partner set.
  • Communicate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions to customers.
  • Customer ownership where appropriate.
  • Attend partner and vendor meetings both at customer site and in TD SYNNEX offices.
  • Working with account owner, proactively manage credit.
  • Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities and work with the TD SYNNEX teams and partners to ensure maximisation of opportunities.
