Franklin Fitch are looking for a Business Development Manager for one of Europe's largest and most successful VARs.

Role Purpose:

With a strategic plan to expand our presence within the Commercial Sector in the Southern Region. This role focuses on identifying and closing new business opportunities with current and prospective customers aligned to our strategic verticals, aiming to achieve annual gross margin targets.

Our diverse portfolio of services supports the commercial sector's needs, and you will play a crucial role in articulating their value to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within target customer segments.

* Collaborate with Business Units to develop tailored solutions that address customer challenges.

* Lead virtual internal and external teams to orchestrate sales opportunities effectively.

* Manage vendor and partner engagements to drive sales growth and margin rates.

* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage a rolling pipeline of opportunities.

* Build and nurture customer relationships across various levels and departments.

* Identify operational, commercial, and legal opportunities and risks.

* Develop industry-specific knowledge to enhance customer engagement and proposition development.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven success in technology infrastructure and services sales, particularly with enterprise-scale projects.

* Strong understanding of IT Consulting, Professional and Managed Services, and/or Software and Hardware solutions.

* Demonstrated ability in negotiating and closing deals at senior levels.

* Track record of incremental new business wins and sustained client growth.

* Experience in creating and executing territory sales strategies.

Package

* Up to £80,000 basic salary

* Double OTE (Uncapped) with accelerators

* Company car or car allowance
