What you’ll be doing:
 
  • Monitor salary structures and benefits packages for all level roles making recommendations on salary and benefits in line with industry and location.
  • Manage the rollout of related strategies, policies, and standards, including supporting the HR Operations Team with any policies in place.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all benefit packages are legally compliant and provide updates on best practices to the HR Team and key stakeholders within the business.
  • Manage all Colleague Reward and Recognition Schemes.
  • Develop and implement clear reward communications plans & ensure effective Benchmarking activities take place.
  • Manage the relationships with Benefits providers.

What you’ll have:

We’re looking for a CIPD HR professional with experience in Reward/Compensation and Benefits and who can play a centre of excellence role within the HR team. You must be able to influence senior stakeholders & be able to communicate across all levels.  You’ll also have:
 
  • Experience in benefit design, implementation and communication across the business.
  • Experience in role evaluation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate outputs into compelling proposals.
  • HR technical background and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
 Previous experience in the travel/aviation industry and multi-site experience would be desirable.
