The opportunity
The Global Head of Compensation and Reward is a key member of the people leadership team with deep expertise in reward, benefits and compensation. Accountable for building and leading the global reward team and designing, implementing, and managing the compensation and reward programs for a global organization. They drive process improvement, data utilisation and develop strategies to attract, motivate, and retain talent across the business. They ensure we have competitive and fair compensation packages across different regions and business units while managing external partnerships and playing a key part in the wider People agenda.
Role responsibilities
How will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?
- Build and lead the global reward team
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies and policies and provide stakeholders advice on all matters related to total rewards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement annual compensation and benefits plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Lead the annual salary review process, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and merit increase recommendations, ensuring equity, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff on compensation related matters (e.g., job leveling, salary bands, incentive plans, etc.)
- Monitor market trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits, providing recommendations and ensuring compliance.
- Manage the global payroll processes, variable pay programs (e.g., annual bonuses, sales incentives, long-term incentives, etc.) ensuring accurate calculations, timely payouts and clear communication to eligible employees.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to maintain and update compensation data and systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Analyze compensation and rewards data to identify trends, patterns and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management.
- Lead special compensation projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, organizational restructurings, and job grading initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to best practices.
- Provide data and insights related to compensation costs and trends in support of budgeting processes.
Do you have what we are looking for?
Skills & expertise
- Minimum 7 years of managing the reward function required.
- Minimum 4 years of people management experience required.
- Experience with Remuneration Committees preferred.
- Knowledge of global regulations related to pay and benefits programs as well as pension legislation, 401k and global payroll processes.
- Advanced knowledge of compensation benchmarking and evaluation.
- Knowledge managing departmental resources.
- Skilled using Excel and creating financial models.
