You will be responsible for reviewing our current reward and benefits packages, as well as identifying new benefits to increase attraction, retention and the brand of our organisation. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our reward strategies align with our business objectives and values.Alongside this, you will be responsible for carrying out effective salary benchmarking and analysis, to ensure our compensation and benefits remain competitive. You will also lead on Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, ensuring efficient data preparation and the generation of comprehensive reports. We are thus looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who is capable of reviewing and reporting on data to help drive positive change. Another core component of this role will be to coordinate and administrate all payroll activities, including monthly payroll input on our system.
