You will also lead on Gender and Ethnicity Pay Gap reporting, ensuring efficient data preparation and the generation of comprehensive reports. We are thus looking for someone with excellent analytical skills, who is capable of reviewing and reporting on data to help drive positive change. Another core component of this role will be to coordinate and administrate all payroll activities, including monthly payroll input on our system.
