Huntswood has a great new opportunity for Remediation Complaint Handlers, with proven experience of working in a similar role. This role is hybrid, with the first 2 weeks being office based (training), and then 2 days a week thereafter.

The Remediation Case Handlers will form a specialist team supporting our clients' remediation function, ensuring positive customer outcomes through phone and written interactions. Responsibilities include processing refunds, addressing customer queries, and providing updates as needed.

Starts : 4th November 2024
Location : Hybrid - 2 days a week in Bath office
Rate : £200 per day (through HUSP umbrella company)
Duration : 6 Months

Skills Required:

Resolving customer complaints in financial services Experience in an investment platform Previous involvement in remediation projects Ability to work independently and follow policies Handling inbound and outbound customer contact (phone, email, letter) Excellent telephone manner Strong attention to detail Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word Strong numeracy and written communication skills
