On to the detail

What you'll be doing day to day

This newly created role will find you reporting directly to our Head of Business Advisory, performing PA duties such as diary management and day to day logistical requirements – but there’s more

Working closely with the Head of Business Advisory, to ensure critical projects are on track. Supporting the Head of Business Advisory at client, or internal meetings, producing notes and follow up papers and ensuring actions are followed up. Liaising with Department Heads and other colleagues on the Head of Department’s behalf. Drafting documents and reports to support the strategic and operational objectives of the Department. Building relationships with key clients across the Business including Operational teams to influence and achieve effective outcomes. Liaising with Business Support staff across the department and wider Firm. Taking an active role in building an internal network through involvement in firmwide initiatives. Attending Partnership and departmental meetings, taking minutes and reviewing actions.

Training – You’ll be supported with on the job training in the early stages, with further technical and skills training identified and supported throughout your career via our annual development and performance review process. 

About you

Taking responsibility for managing own workloads and meeting deadlines is just what you do. You’ll have in depth knowledge and previous experience of managing sensitive information concerning staff and company performance. As a natural communicator you can influence stakeholders and work collaboratively. Attends partnership and departmental meetings, taking minutes and reviewing actions. Knowledge or experience in an accounting environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
