RoleOverview

We are seeking adedicated and detail oriented Fleet Admin associateto join ourteam. The Fleet Admin Associate will be a key part of our fleetteam responsible for supporting the management and administrationof our fleet of vehicles. Working closely with the Fleet Manageryou will ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained compliantwith regulations and available for use when needed. Your attentionto detail and ability to multitask will be critical in this roleandthe ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability and asome technical background in electricvehicles.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Assistin coordinating vehicle maintenance repairs and inspections toensure fleet reliability and safety
  • Maintainaccurate records of vehicle information including registrationinsurance and maintenance history
  • Monitor andtrack vehicle utilisation and expenses associated with downtimeidentifying costsaving opportunities and optimising drivingefficiency to manage operational costs
  • Assistin the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles includingcoordinating with vendors and managingpaperwork
  • Respond to enquiries and requestsfrom drivers regarding vehicle damages traffic fines and otherfleetrelated matters
  • Support the implementationand enforcement of fleet policies and procedures to ensurecompliance with company guidelines and regulatoryrequirements
  • Collaborate with other departmentssuch as operations and HR to ensure alignment and efficiency infleetrelatedprocesses

Qualifications:

  • Experiencein a fleet management logistics or administrative roles isadvantageous
  • Strong organisational skills andattention to detail
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask andprioritise tasks in a fastpacedenvironment
  • Knowledge of regulatoryrequirements related to fleet operations is abonus
