We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Graduate Marketing Executive to join our team at our Worksop Head Office. We are passionate that our Graduates are fully supported in their growth and development, ensuring they get the best start to their career. This is why all of our roles are based full time at our Head Office in Worksop.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns. Contribute to the creation and execution of engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels, including social media, email, and print. Analyse and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing recommendations for improvement. Support the planning, organisation, and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives and enhance brand awareness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges. Continuously improve marketing skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus. A strong desire to learn and grow within the company. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
