Imperial Personnel are working in partnership with our client in Worksop S81, as an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Operations Executive has become available to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.

Our client is a leading customers broker and specialise in handling customs formalities to ensure businesses can focus on growing across international markets and ensure smooth trade between the UK and EU post Brexit.

**The Role**:
To be the main direct contact with stakeholders across our client’s business and be accountable for collecting data from sources and turning results into insights. Duties also include:

- Own sales automation platform and sales administration.
- Understand KPI’s for sales campaigns and to analyse ROI.
- To report during weekly sales call on inflow on leads.
- Measuring, analysing and report on sales inbound traffic.
- Supporting the marketing department and product program for customer segmentation.
- To measure, analyse and report on funnel creation and conversion rates for sales ROI and top tier accounts.
- Guiding and providing an input to the marketing department on the CRM and requirements needed to enable better sales.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in working with CRM systems, sales automation platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionality with sales operations, CRM, IT and Marketing.
- An understanding of Digital Marketing and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Quick decision maker and excellent customer service skills.
- Time management and multitasking skills.

**Hours and Pay**:
Monday - Friday

08:30 - 17:00

£25,000 - £30,000
