Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team at Travail Employment Group. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Marketing Manager in implementing the Corporate Marketing Strategy and delivering agreed marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Group Marketing Manager to assist with the creation and proofing of corporate and e-commerce marketing materials, including brochures, magazine/website adverts, email campaigns, social media posts, video and web content, and campaign landing page development.
  • Assist with content and written communications output, including the creation of all artworks, traditional, digital, and online assets.
  • Administer documents and content, including data sheets, translations, document controlling, and upload.
  • Attend events, such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Manage social media campaigns and strategy for both owned and paid for, across multi-platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and X.
  • Assist in the production and analysis of key marketing KPIs, such as Google Analytics and social media stats, to support organic sales growth.
  • Contribute to PR and advertising output, in collaboration with the Group Marketing Manager, Product Managers, and Sales leads, including loading to online email marketing platforms and sending to targeted lists.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience of managing social media management systems and platforms.
  • Understanding of back-end systems.
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Good cultural sensitivity and ability to work in different time zones.
  • Experience working in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva is advantageous.
  • Experience writing copy and developing marketing messaging is also desirable.

  • Salary: up to £33k DOE.
  • Hours: Mon-Fri; 37.5hrs, 2 days from home.
  • Holidays: Starting 23 days holiday with additional 1 day every year up to a maximum of 5 days.
