Responsibilities:
  • AssistCM lead to Identify and on board new channelpartners
  • Provide support and training topartners to ensure success
  • Review theperformance of existing partners and connect to improve the funnelsales and revenue
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with partners and work closely with them to achievemutual goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team toalign sales and channel efforts
  • Monitorindustry trends and stay uptodate on competitors and marketconditions
  • Create and manage channel partnerbudgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implementchannel partner programs such as training marketing andincentives
  • Measure and report on theperformance of channel partners using metrics such as sales andrevenue
  • Identify and resolve conflicts andchallenges within the channel
  • Provide supportand guidance to partners on product and solutionofferings
  • Attend industry events andconferences to build relationships and promote thecompany
  • Perform on groundroadshows
  • Go getter and hustler on followups.

Requirementsand skills:
  • 5 yearsof experience in channel management orsales
  • Proficiency in customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal andwritten communication skills with experience presenting to partnersand stakeholders
  • Knowledge of sales techniquesand strategies
  • Ability to build and maintainrelationships with partners
  • Strongproblemsolving and negotiation skills
  • Timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam
  • Flexibility and adaptability tochange
  • A desire to learn and grow in thechannel management field
  • Bachelors degree inbusiness or relatedfield
