Responsibilities
  • Plan andexecute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing databaseemail social media and display advertisingcampaigns.
  • Designbuild and maintain our social mediapresence.
  • Measure andreport performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessagainst goals (ROI andKPIs)
  • Identify trendsand insights and optimize spend and performance based on theinsights.
  • Brainstormnew and creative growthstrategies.
  • Planexecute and measure experiments and conversiontests.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience.
  • Utilizestrong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experienceacross multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Instrumentconversion points and optimize userfunnels.
  • Collaboratewith agencies and other vendorpartners.
  • Evaluateemerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspectivefor adoption whereappropriate.
Requirementsandskills
  • Anydegree in relatedfield
  • Proven workingexperience in digitalmarketing.
  • Demonstrableexperience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database emailsocial media and/or display advertisingcampaigns.
  • Highlycreative with experience in identifying target audiences anddevising digital campaigns that engage inform andmotivate.
  • Experiencein optimizing landing pages and userfunnels.
  • Experience insetting up and optimizing Google AdWordscampaigns.
  • Stronganalytical skills and datadriventhinking
  • Up to datewith the latest trends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement
