Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our engaging social media presence across various platforms.
  • Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, evaluating their effectiveness against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify emerging trends and insights to optimize campaign spend and enhance overall performance.
  • Generate innovative and creative growth strategies to expand our market reach.
  • Plan, execute, and measure A/B testing experiments and conversion tests to refine user experience and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling landing pages and optimize the user journey across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Implement conversion tracking mechanisms and optimize user funnels for improved performance.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and provide valuable insights on their potential application within our marketing strategies.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Business Administration).
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a successful track record of managing and executing campaigns.
  • Demonstrable expertise in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Exceptional creativity with a proven ability to identify target audiences and develop engaging digital campaigns that inform and motivate.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels for improved conversion rates.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
