What you will enjoy doing- In this role, you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Productivity UK & Ireland, in an exciting role that will ensure that BOC embeds the culture and capability to continually deliver a strong productivity pipeline
- You will be responsible for influencing others without having direct personnel management responsibilities, as you will act as an internal catalyst for productivity professionals, their project teams and the wider BOC organisation
- Responsible for ensuring that the organisation builds a positive culture that embraces productivity, understanding the benefits, and recognises and rewards our successes
- You will also drive organisational capability through the identification of capability gaps, and the subsequent organisation and delivery of relevant training, upskilling, and best practice sharing
- Furthermore, you will develop a range of digital skills and capabilities and support and facilitate digital bootcamps
- And lastly, you will own productivity tools such as the Power steering Tool and Productivity Program benchmarking as well as sharing best practice fromother regions
- You have excellent networking skills with the ability to create a network of people who can support with skills and knowledge which includes contractor relationships and technical resources
- In addition, you have a passion and track record of working with and influencing others
- Comfortable using MS office & other IT platforms & willing to learn new digital tools or ways to facilitate effective training and communication
- You have the ability to work in an agile manner, and are comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty
- Experience of six-sigma & LEAN, scrum methodologies and digitalisation
- Furthermore, you have experience as a trainer and/or with effective employee communications
- And lastly, you work with integrity, role modellingthe behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
