At BOC Limited, we are seeking a skilled Productivity Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving productivity and excellence across our operations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring our people and productivity together, helping us embed a culture of continuous improvement and deliver the best productivity opportunities. You will work closely with our productivity team, project teams, and the wider organization to build, foster, and celebrate a positive productivity culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help us identify gaps in productivity skills and knowledge and deliver training, upskilling, and knowledge sharing to others.
  • Develop a range of digital skills and capabilities, including supporting and facilitating digital bootcamps and collaborating with people to share best practice.
  • Be responsible for our productivity tools, such as the Power Steering Tool and Productivity Program benchmarking.
Requirements
  • Great networking skills with the ability to create a network of people who can support with skills and knowledge both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable using MS office & other IT platforms with a passion to learn new digital tools or ways to train others and communicate.
  • Excellent communicator with experience of influencing others and communicating effectively to employees.
  • Ability to work in an agile manner and comfortable operating with a level of uncertainty when needed.
  • Experience of six-sigma and LEAN methodologies.
  • Experience with designing and delivering training.
  • Work with integrity, role modelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace.
