Lead Product Manager

Omnis has recently partnered with a data-driven insights company in the healthcare industry.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to work closely with leadership to foster a product-led culture.
Specifically, the Lead Product Manager will focus on the internationalisation of products, M&A and integrations of systems.
What We're Looking For
- Subject matter expert, minimum 5 years as a Product Manager within the health industry, with a demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery.
- Problem solver, Ability to build solutions for hard problems, use sound judgment to assess risks, and lay out arguments in a well-structured and data-informed narrative.
- High EQ and empathy for external customers (i.e. Pharmas, Patients & Healthcare Professionals) and internal customers (senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaborators).
- Data-driven, able to evidence your decisions in sound qualitative and quantitative analysis and logic.
- Excellent communicator, able to communicate well and articulate the ‘why’ behind your decision, whether to senior stakeholders or team-mates.
