Navigating the Position: Senior Product Manager - Vessel Management Software
Are you ready to revolutionize the world of vessel management with cutting-edge SaaS technology? We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Vessel Management Software Product Manager to join our innovative and dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing an enterprise vessel management software strategy. You'll leverage the latest SaaS platform to create market-leading solutions for the global maritime industry. You will drive product strategy, spark innovation, and ensure the successful iterative delivery of top-notch software products, all while navigating the regulatory requirements that ensure compliance in our rapidly evolving field.
Your Voyage Ahead: ️ Captain of the Roadmap:
Develop and execute a visionary product roadmap for our OTG vessel management solution, seamlessly aligning it with our company's strategic goals and leveraging the latest SaaS technology platform capabilities.
Navigator of the Market:
Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to uncover customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, guiding our software's development with actionable insights.
Crew Collaborator:
Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, marketing, professional services, and sales teams to define product requirements, features, and functionalities that exceed expectations.
Backlog Bosun:
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the timely and iterative delivery of high-quality software releases that consistently meet customer expectations.
KPI Quartermaster:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of our vessel management software, ensuring we continuously improve.
Innovation Navigator:
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and customer feedback, driving ongoing product innovation and iterative enhancements.
Platform Advocate:
Champion the value proposition and benefits of our SaaS-enabled vessel management software to internal stakeholders, customers, and partners, emphasizing our compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
User Experience Officer:
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience and usability of the software, ensuring it meets the highest standards.
Go-to-Market Skipper:
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop compelling go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials that resonate with our target audience.
⚖️ Compliance Quartermaster:
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry standards related to vessel management software, ensuring compliance is embedded in all stages of product development.
