Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our small friendly team. Registered Nurse qualification with a valid nursing licence. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Proven experience in patient care within a clinical setting is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. A compassionate approach to patient care with a commitment to promoting health and wellbeing. Person Specification

Qualified nurse with relevant experience

Able to work independently and also as part of a close team .
Knowledge and skills

The candidate needs to have up to date knowledge of basic nursing procedures but would be happy to undertake further study if necessary to fulfil this criteria.

Has some experience in using computers to input consultations. Be able to take instructions from other clinical colleagues with and without supervision Happy to undertake some administrative work, such as contacting patients for some follow up appointments.

Experience in working with adults and children in a variety of clinical situations and happy to make decisions autonomously
