Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:

You will act as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding levels of customer service. Your role will include:

  • Supporting patient choice and providing information about products and services
  • Conducting system reviews to identify and action issues e.g. missed appointments
  • Using the appointment booking system and managing diaries
  • Money management, including transmitting electronic claims daily
  • Updating and protecting patient information,
