Qualities/Attributes

An Understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality

Excellent Communication and computer literacy

Able to deal with patient queries via the telephone and face to face in a professional and empathetic manner

Able to work under pressure

Able to work as part of an integrated multi-skilled team
