Entry-Level Customer Service Executive

We are excited to recruit for a Customer Service Executive on behalf of our well-established client, a leading European packaging company specialising in sustainable solutions for some of the world's most respected brands.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who has experience in customer service or sales and is eager to grow and develop within a supportive and dynamic environment. This position offers excellent opportunities to progress into more sales-focused roles over time.
Role Overview:As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You'll work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service, while gaining the skills and experience to advance your career in sales or account management.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders, quotations, designs, queries, and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Provide updates to customers regarding work in progress, ensuring all commitments are met.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with your line manager and team members to contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Ambition: Someone eager to develop their career in sales and customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Organisational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure.

- Tech Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office (essential).
- Customer-Focused: Some experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not essential.
- Team Player: Friendly, approachable, and flexible.
