An experienced Marketing Manager who has alove of graphic design is needed to join an internationalentertainment provider and visitor attraction operator inBournemouth. Expect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future ofBournemouth Piers vibrant scene From shaping captivating brands tocrafting compelling internal and external communications youllharness the power of both traditional and digital channels tocaptivate audiences and drive success.
Since itsconstruction in the mid19th century Bournemouth Pier has becomemore than just a historic landmark. Hosting a variety of eventsthroughout the year from live music performances to familyfriendlyactivities it has solidified its status as a mustvisit destinationfor both locals and tourists. With its rich history diverseentertainment options and breathtaking coastal views BournemouthPier remains a beloved symbol of the seaside town attractingvisitors from near and far.
The Marketing Managerwill oversee a wide range of marketing activities for businesses onBournemouth Pier including events family activity centre & zipwire retail and catering outlets. From conducting cuttingedgeresearch to analysing and reporting web and social media trendsyoull uncover insights that propel each business. Youll unleashyour creativity by generating compelling news articles and pressreleases that capture the attention of difference audiences.Managing partnerships with photographers bloggers and influencersyoull forge exciting collaborations that elevate presence. With thesmall Marketing team by your side youll craft engaging digitalcampaigns whilst taking charge of the marketing budget ensuringevery penny is maximised for impact while also curating captivatingvisuals for the photography and videobank.
To qualify:You could be a Marketing Manager / Brand Manager / CommunicationsManager / Digital Marketing Manager or similar we dont mind as longas your CV demonstrates:
- Experience ina similar marketing manager role leisure business experience wouldbe a bonus but isnt required.
- Experience ofdeveloping a marketing strategy and campaignmanagement.
- Strong skills in social media anddigital marketing.
- A positive attitude with afocus on exceptional customerservice.
- Excellent time management multitaskingand organisational skills.
- Effectiveproblemsolving abilities and quickthinking.
- Youare an excellent team player with outstanding communication skillsin English both verbal andwritten.
- Selfmotivated and able to workindependently.
- You are capable of working underpressure to meetdeadlines.
- Knowledge/experience with AdobePhotoshop or other Adobe CS toolspreferred.
- The ability to write briefs fordesign photography and videographytasks.
- Experience in managing a smallteam.
- Experience in managingbudgets.
