Marketing Manager, Bournemouth , £60,000, 4 day working week/ Hybrid

Rubicon People Partnership’s Specialist Sectors Division has been instructed by our client, a global service leader working with technology organisations across the world. Priding themselves on a wealth of expertise and knowledge they are able to support specialist industries with unparalleled data.

This is a brand new role for this thriving business. Our client are looking for a ambitious and highly driven Marketing Manager to lead their internal marketing function. You’ll be leading a small marketing team whilst driving the go-to-market strategy. You'll be forward thinking and looking into the 'future of marketing', leading from the front, inspiring and influencing key stakeholders.

As well as a 4 day working week other benefits include, healthcare, dental plan, life assurance and Christmas shutdown. You can be based out of either their Bournemouth or Dorchester office.

As Marketing Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Help build and execute a go to market plan that incorporate both inbound and outbound lead generation programs
  • Create a compelling story for the brand
  • Deliver a well-rounded and cost-effective content campaign
  • Develop and execute a broad lead generation methodology
  • Implement and optimize digital marketing channels
  • Develop and build the skills of the team
  • Manage performance of all team members

The ideal Marketing Manager will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally within B2B
  • Experience of lead generation and account based marketing campaigns
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Be highly motivated, passionate and have the ability to inspire and influence key stakeholders
