Job Description

As CRM Executive you will take ownership for the planning and execution of CRM campaigns and implement test and learn plans for optimising campaign performance and improving customer KPIs. The role will focus on email communications; briefing, campaign setup, audience selection, proofing and campaign performance analysis using pre-existing templates. The CRM Executive will also support the development of automated lifecycle email marketing campaigns.

Working on at least 2 different brand email programs, where no two campaigns are the same, you can expect a fast-paced and creative environment where you can make a real impact for both the business and millions of Greene King customers. As we further develop our customer engagement and data strategy, you will bring new communication channels and opportunities into the mix.


Qualifications

Your role as a CRM Executive...

Working in conjunction with your brand partners, you will deliver a programme of compelling email campaigns, using your knowledge of segmentation, targeting and content creation – deliver the right message to the right audience utilising your strong campaign management skills Adopt best practice techniques to brief, build, proof, test, QA and commission campaigns within the email platform at pace and to a high standard across devices Champion and implement a CRM A/B testing approach Ensure campaigns are correctly briefed and that they are GDPR/PECR compliant Analyse existing customer behaviours and identify key customer moments when CRM communications should be executed
