Job Description

This role will be responsible for ensuring the marketing and sales teams are equipped with the tools, content and training required to be successful in customer-facing communications. You will also play a key part in leading with the launch of a new Sales Enablement platform in collaboration with the IT, Procurement, Marketing, Training & Sales Teams.

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to)

Key responsibilities for the role are as follows –

Ensure the development and communication of relevant, timely and professional internal and external-facing presentations, marketing and sales collateral Collaborate with sales, training , product, service and marketing teams to produce and update content on an ongoing basis Create and roll out a sales playbook/hunting guides to improve sales performance on key verticals i.e. Integrated Services, Mining or New Energy Measure and evaluate engagement rates with content, driving updates and improvements to content with relevant teams accordingly Act as the Sales focal point for scoping marketing content requirements including translation requirements Act as Account Based Marketing focal point to support key account content needs and related delivery Project management for scoping and delivery of new Sales Enablement platform Driving alignment across Brand, Customer Comms, Digital, Training, Sales, Portfolio, Pricing teams etc for content provision and relevance to internal and external stakeholders Determining the content needs required by target audience incl personas and managing the delivery of this through the Brand and Communications teams where appropriate Define content strategy with the Brand and Content team for the Top 10 Key Accounts, ensuring appropriate content requirements are developed and delivered accordingly Assess with Training and Sales team where content gaps are required and work with marketing, product, sales and training team to plug those gaps Ensure that sales materials are up-to-date, relevant and easily accessible to the sales and marketing teams Liaise with marketing communications and marketing performance teams to align translation delivery Monitor and report on the effectiveness of related sales and marketing content The Individual

The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experience

3-5 years of related experience in sales enablement delivery type roles Experience working with sales enablement platforms e.g. Showpad, BigTinCan, Mediafly and CRM tools Familiarity with brand and visual identity governance in a global organization Experience working across functions and specifically, marketing, sales and IT to deliver best-in-class content delivery via selected platforms Ability to assess potential gaps in content provision and work with related to teams to address the gaps in a timely manner Experience in using data and dashboards to take meaningful action Experience of selecting, managing and partnering with third parties to deliver on business objectives Experienced collaborator with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across many different countries Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace Strong self-starter with keen eye for detail Diversity Clause
