Based in Bretby, working across the specialisms in HR, Marketing, Finance and IT we pride ourselves of partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers


We’re looking for someone to support the business with its purchasing requirements through being part of the Purchasing team within our Central Finance function.

General Responsibilities include:

  • Processing of purchase order requisitions including checking if the supplier is approved.
  • Entering purchase requisitions into the purchasing system and the SAGE system, printing and sending out by email.
  • Approved Supplier List processing of new suppliers
  • Managing any subsequent price or order queries, and order confirmations.
  • Managing the purchasing team email box.
  • Control of the on-line ordering systems for stationery and PPE supplies.
  • Checking and processing goods received notes.
  • Liaising with our sites as required, to help with on-line purchases and to maintain the credit card control sheet.

Filing and general administrative duties, and to assist as required with hotel and travel bookings.
