Contract Support Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for a contract support officer to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Contract Support Officer, you will handle our customer communications through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and letters, making sure all enquiries are dealt with accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for setting up payment plans, processing parking permits and reviewing customers information, ensuring that we are always compliant.
