A bit about the role:

As a team we are passionate about customer experience and so when looking for the right candidate we are focusing on previous experience in customer focused. We are happy to support a new team member unfamiliar with the trade with all required product and brand training. Updating and maintaining customer data and managing enquiry information on a team-run enquiry log Funnelling enquiries through to the sales team in their early stages and updating sales systems  Gathering correct and efficient customer information for our various systems for the team  Dealing with initial customer enquiries before handing them over to one of our dedicated Sales Executives  Supporting with various campaigns for the dealership with different events and new model releases

What you will bring:

A passion for customer experience and a drive to offer 10 out of 10 service  Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills  Experienced IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft package  Able to work within a friendly and hard-working team while handling your own diary
