Our client is seeking an exceptional Talent Team Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Bristol. This role is crucial to supporting the operational talent function within the People Team. The successful candidate will work closely with a supportive HR team of thirteen and will report directly to the Recruitment and People Manager. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth recruitment and HR processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Oversee onboarding and right-to-work processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Provide general administrative support to the People team, including maintaining databases and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate management, job postings, and liaising with hiring managers.

The ideal Talent Team Coordinator candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the professional services or property sector. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle senior-level requests with professionalism.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary between £26,000 and £31,000, depending on experience, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in HR and talent acquisition within a supportive and agile team.
