The Corporate Elective Access Team is looking to recruit to a team of week validations clerks. We are looking for well-organized, motivated individuals to join our team as an weeks validation clerk. This is a full time position ( hours) in a service that is delivered across all sites of the Oxford University Hospitals Trust

The post holder will be required to understand the principles of the administration processes of week patient pathways and have the ability to review/validate data to verify pathway accuracy. We are looking for a flexible member of staff who is able to function in a busy environment, offering training to staff across the Trust in relation to Elective Access standards, and in accordance with the Government Access Targets and the Trusts Patient Access Policy.

Due to the data entry/data quality nature of the post, the post holder requires an eye for detail and accuracy. The post holder will be expected to work with staff across the Trust to promote the importance of accurate week data recording and to assist with week training. Previous experience in an administration role will be required. Experience of using Cerner Millennium and an understanding of weeks and elective access targets would be an advantage.

This role is a full time role Monday to Friday and hours can be agreed between am and pm, occasional working outside of these hours and weekend working may be required.
