Zielgerichtetes Wissensmanagement.  Du bist verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung, Aufbereitung, Prüfung, Ablage und Bereitstellung von Wissen für unsere Projektteams. Dabei führst du Analysen durch, bereitest Benchmark Daten auf und erstellst bzw. passt Präsentationen an. Darüber hinaus gehört auch die Pflege unserer Datenbanken für Dokumente und Lieferanten zu deinen Aufgaben. Du koordinierst und treibst Prozesse zur Weitergabe unseres Wissens voran und unterstützt bei der Optimierung entsprechender interner Standards. Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Wissensschatzes unterstützt du beispielsweise auch unsere vielfältigen Competence Center bei der Planung und Durchführung entsprechender Maßnahmen. 

Projektnahes Arbeiten.  Als wichtige Schnittstelle zum Consulting Geschäft arbeitest du eng mit unseren Beratern zusammen. Dank unseres breiten Klientenportfolios im In- und Ausland erhältst du vielfältige Einblicke in Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Management Themen unterschiedlichster Branchen: vom Start-up aus dem Handel und Konsumgüterbereich über die Energie- und Automobilindustrie bis hin zum Pharma- und Healthcare-Sektor. 

Eigenständige Gestaltung.  Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale im Knowledge Management, leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ab und unterstützt die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse. Als Teil des Teams schulst du die INVERTO Berater unserer nationalen und internationalen Standorte im Umgang mit unseren Knowledge Tools. 

Individuelle Weiterentwicklung.  Im Rahmen unseres Wachstums hast du die Möglichkeit, dich perspektivisch auch in neue Wissensbereiche hineinzuentwickeln. Dabei wird dir ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung übertragen, sodass du dich sowohl fachlich als auch persönlich weiterentwickelst. 

VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS.

Du hast dein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung  mit (sehr) gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen und verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und MS Power Point.

Analytisches Denkvermögen, Flexibilität, Ergebnisorientierung, Eigenverantwortung  sowie eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise sind für dich eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Du arbeitest gerne im Team.  Dabei ist die Bodenständigkeit genauso wichtig wie echter Zusammenhalt und gegenseitige Unterstützung. 

Ein sicheres Auftreten  in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld rundet dein Profil ab, wobei du deine Kommunikatoinsstärke in verhandlungssicherem Deutsch und fließendem Englisch unter Beweis stellst.
