Run by our dedicated team of subject specialist tutors, we help to build confident and independent learners who achieve academic success. Working as part of a fast-growing company, your role would be the  Office Manager.  Work alongside the senior management team and colleagues to ensure the office paper work is well organised.
· Monitor quality of service and retention rates.
· Ordering and organisation of office supplies, couriers and equipment when necessary, alongside staff health and safety programs, and other matters enabling smooth day-to-day office operations
· Answering the phone, greeting visitors and organising lunch for internal and external meetings when necessary
· Organise and audit company systems, databases and procedures
· In charge of correspondence with suppliers (e.g. cleaners and energy providers) and ensure we are getting the best deals from our providers, being constantly on the look out for good offers in the market (e.g. phones)
· Promote company policies and liaise with team & IT when they need support and coordinate on any equipment needed
· Assisting with the organisation of company events and meetings.
