The role 

Champion Scrum Values & Agile Principles: Lead the adoption of courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness across the organisation. You’ll inspire teams to embrace these values as they deliver high-quality work iteratively and incrementally. Coach & Mentor Scrum Teams: Guide product and development teams on their agile journey, helping them deepen their understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artefacts. Your mentorship will empower teams to improve their performance, collaboration, and ability to deliver value. Take the Lead in Scrum Events: Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives by taking the lead in demonstrating best practices and showing teams what good looks like. Over time, you will teach them to hone their craft and take ownership of these events, fostering self-management and continuous improvement. Support Agile Transformation: Play a pivotal role in our agile transformation by driving cultural change and embedding agile ways of working throughout the organisation. Your efforts will help create an environment where learning and adaptation are second nature. Enable Self-Managing Teams: Step in to assist teams by temporarily acting as a Scrum Master where needed. Over time, you’ll coach teams to self-manage their Scrum events and processes, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth. Be a True Leader in Agile ways of working: Act as the subject matter expert on Scrum and agile practices, continuously evolving and sharing your knowledge to help teams and stakeholders make the most of agile frameworks. Be part of a community: Bring your skills to the table and share with fellow coaches and. colleagues, grow others and equally grow yourself through shared learning.

The person

Strong Communicator: You are skilled at engaging with a variety of stakeholders from developers to executives, fostering an environment of openness and respect. You know how to encourage collaboration and ensure that everyone is aligned and empowered. Scrum & Kanban Advocate: You have hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks and are passionate about helping others succeed through agile ways of working. Coaching & Mentorship: Your strength lies in guiding teams and individuals to reach their potential, using your coaching skills to unlock their abilities and support continuous learning. Adaptability & Change Agent: You have experience facilitating change and understand the challenges teams face when adopting new ways of working. Your adaptability helps you thrive in dynamic environments where continuous improvement is key. Certified in one or more professional Agile / Scrum roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Product Owner), you are well-equipped to lead teams through their agile journey and support their growth in agile practices. PSMI, PSMII, CSM, ACSM or similar certifications ICP-ACC or similar coaching certifications
