About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to lead and empower agile teams, driving cultural change and agility across the business. As the Agile Delivery Principal, you will be instrumental in helping to remove high-level impediments and leverage the strengths of your team to build an ecosystem of support and change at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Empower Agile Coaches: Direct and develop a team of agile coaches, harnessing their strengths and yours to create a powerful support network for teams and leaders throughout the organisation.
  • Shape the Agile Journey: Collaboratively define and guide the organisation through the agile practices and ways of working that will help Arqiva realise its goals.
  • Collaborate with Executive Leaders: Act as an internal coach to the executive committee (ExCo) and senior leadership, working closely with them to remove high-level impediments and encourage sponsorship and role-modelling of agile principles.
  • Champion Agile Values & Continuous Improvement: Embed the agile values of courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness throughout the organisation, promoting continuous improvement and learning.
  • Transform at All Levels: Work closely with your team and leadership to implement and sustain agile transformation, driving cultural change and agility across the business.
About You

We are looking for a proven leader in agile coaching with extensive experience leading and coaching agile teams, particularly in the context of business transformation. You should have strong knowledge of agile practices and cultural transformation, with the ability to translate your experience into actionable strategies for executive leadership and teams alike.

You will be an excellent communicator, able to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders, from agile teams to senior executives. You should build relationships based on trust and mutual respect, encouraging openness and collaboration.
