Passive growth is a key long-term strategy for AM. The ETF & Indexing division aims to expand AM's passive product offerings and services to meet the needs of institutional and wholesale clients. In 2024, ETF & Indexing will introduce new products, improve existing capabilities, and introduce advisory services. • Assist in creating marketing materials like pitch decks, fund summaries, brochures, and sales tools.

• Help fulfil product and client queries, assist with reporting duties, and provide fund commentary for all passive products, including mandates.

• Contribute to developing product ideas by conducting market and landscape analysis, designing index methodologies, and analysing competitors.

• Assist in quantitative and qualitative analysis related to indices and fund configurations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Essential to understand the product lifecycle though this is not necessary from the outset.

• Analytical thinking and proficiency in working with data are required with programming skills a plus but not essential.

• Clear communication skills, excellent writing abilities, and a problem-solving mindset with a positive attitude are necessary.
