**Position Overview**:
As an expereinced Investment Sales/Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by proactively generating sales leads and cultivating relationships with both existing and potential clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying investment opportunities, qualifying prospects, educating them about our solutions, and nurturing leads through the sales funnel. Additionally, you will respond to incoming warm leads, advise clients globally, build rapport, maintain client relationships, close deals on property investments, and update our CRM system with relevant information obtained during site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**2. Prospect Qualification**: Initiate outreach to prospects, assess their needs, qualify opportunities, and gauge their interest and readiness to engage with our sales team.

**3. Solution Education**:Clearly communicate the value proposition of our platform and solutions to prospects, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

**4. Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts through consistent communication and engagement.

**5. Lead Nurturing**: Implement strategic follow-up tactics to nurture leads, move them through the sales funnel, and schedule meetings and product demonstrations for qualified opportunities.

**6. Pipeline Management**: Manage and prioritise a pipeline of leads and opportunities using CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and follow-up on sales activities.

**7. Site Visits**: Visit development sites to gain first-hand knowledge and updates, ensuring accurate information is updated in the CRM system.

**8. Client Advisory**:Respond to incoming warm leads, advise clients globally, build rapport, maintain client relationships, and close deals on property investments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales or lead generation, preferably within the property investment or real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Experience dealing with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed with a can-do will-do attitude.
- Permanent, full-time position plus commission.
