Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Client Services Director to join our growing team at Career Trails. As the Client Services Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our client services for a major retail client as well as bringing in NEW BUSINESS, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our clients and doing business development. You must have Retail Manufacturing and Design Experience. This firm does retail display work and would like a strong background in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Retail experience desirable ideally with transformation programmes. Ideally you may come from a Project Manager background manufacturing and or display installation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Lead and motivate a team of client services representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the client services department and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to improve the overall client experience.
- Monitor and manage the department's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to promote growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client services or customer success role, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM software and experience in data analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
