Your expertise in product construction and fit, coupled with strong communication skills, will facilitate collaboration with suppliers, internal teams, and external partners. 

Under the guidance of the Head of Development, you'll work on seasonal strategies, independently managing styles/collections from concept to launch and align with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of critical path calendars with transparency and accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Leading development reviews, analyse and communicate construction and fitting outcomes with teams and vendors.Ensuring product compliance with measurements, quality, construction, and fit.Developing Tech Packs and BOMs with accuracy and detail.Planing and organising workload, supporting junior team members.Coordinating daily communication with cross-functional teams for development execution.Maintaining key cross-functional relationships to meet seasonal targets and deliver quality products.Engaging in R&D for world-class product construction and engineering.Reporting and tracking progress against the Product Creation Calendar and Critical Path.Collaborating with Materials team on fabric, trim, and logo development.Identifying styles for wear testing and manage the process.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Appropriate qualification in product development or design.Substantial experience in Accessories Product Development.Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.Experience with global Activewear/Sportswear brands.Excellent skills in product construction, fit, and engineering.Sound understanding of performance fabrics.Knowledge of equipment and hard goods development required.Experience mentoring junior team members.Proactive problem-solving approach.Adaptable to evolving business needs.Strong commercial awareness and risk identification skills.

This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
